Description

In this role you will be responsible for building best-in-class metrics dashboards, conducting ad hoc data pulls, and participating in business reviews used for monitoring KPIs.

Business Intelligence

• Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams (engineering, analytics, operations) and translate the business requirements to design. Develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business imperatives. Identify KPIs and analytical requirements needed to measure product performance

• Provide product feature analysis (e.g., pre/post launch feature launch)

Data Management

• Identify and close gaps in logging and data infrastructure for product conversion flows

• Drive an understanding and adherence to the principles of data quality management including metadata, lineage, and business definitions

• Collaborate with appropriate teams to manage security mechanisms and data access governance

• Build and execute tools to monitor and report on data quality

Analytics Skills & Qualifications

• Degree specialized in Applied Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or Data Science discipline

• Demonstrated experience in building dashboards utilizing Tableau or PowerBI

• Intermediate to advance level data wrangling experience utilizing SQL, Python & R

• Experience working with structured/ un-structured data & data modeling

• Experience utilizing and developing within Azure Analytics services including Azure Data factory, Cosmos DB, Azure Databricks

Preferred Domain Knowledge

• Healthcare background preferred but not necessary.
